01 General Terms & Conditions

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed across multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or household.
• Each bonus is applicable once only, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
• All bets placed with bonus balance must have odds of at least 1.50.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.

05 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on 993ok. These rules cover all Sports Betting, live bets, and e-sports bets.

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled unless the cashout option is active.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Odds may change rapidly during live betting; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• 993ok reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• A maximum bet limit per event is set for each account.

993ok reserves the right to review bets and withhold payments if suspicious betting patterns are detected. Any bets linked to match-fixing or fraud of any kind will be voided and the associated accounts permanently closed.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 993ok and will result in immediate account closure:

• Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses (multi-accounting).
• Using or selling another person's account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
• Assisting minors in using 993ok.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

993ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.
